The restaurant welcomed us with a modern vibe, featuring seating both indoors and under a charming gazebo. I found myself drawn to the local specialties, particularly the vegetarian options that reflect the essence of the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola region. I indulged in the raviolini with butter and marjoram for dinner, a simplicity that resonated deeply with me; it was delightful to enjoy recognizable flavors with a touch of innovation. One evening, when my mom had a stomach issue, the staff quickly arranged something gentle for her-showing their genuine care. The hotel's location, just a stroll from the waterfront, allowed for peaceful exploration after enjoying breakfast, which was a lovely selection of standard Italian fare. Hotel Moderno managed to provide a fulfilling dining experience while ensuring a restful stay. Definitely a spot worth considering for food enthusiasts!
